The circuit consists of 9 state of the art pieces of exercise equipment, in addition to 9 recovery boards and warm up mats. There is always a fully trained member of staff on hand to help and answer questions - they might even work out with you! There are modern and clean toilet and shower facilities and a continual supply of cool, fresh water! Children are always welcome, however we do ask that they remain seated at all times.
